Picture the Fallen was created in honor of Sgt. Paul E. Dumont Jr. who was killed in Afghanistan on August 19, 2009, by his sister, Jessica Oatman, a seasoned and talented photographer. Because of Paul Jr., and all the other American heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, Jessica provides every immediate family of a fallen soldier with one 11 x 14 print of the Arlington National Cemetery grave site/headstone free of charge. This is an especially great gift for families who do not live near the Cemetery. If a soldier is not buried at Arlington, and the family would still like a photo, they can choose a general image from the gallery for their print.
